Returns
All products ordered are created exclusively for you. As a result, Magic X Reflections does not accept returns. These custom made items are non-returnable.
Cancellations
You are able to cancel an order within 48 hours of placing an order. You may do so using the contact form or sending an email to [email protected]
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is wrong, Magic X Reflections will promptly address the issue by exchanging the product.
Important: Please keep original shipping containers and packaging that the item was received in as they will be needed to file a claim with the shipping partner.
